A Dozen Yellow Roses... 

After losing my husband Rick a year earlier, I entered the world of internet dating, only to have my heart broken again. I wanted nothing more to do with love---if it involved such pain. I was done.  

God had different plans. I heard a voice from within saying, “Tell me what you want in a mate.” OK. Let’s see if you can handle this. I filled three journal pages describing my soul mate.    

I was inspired next to pray a very specific prayer, so I’d know who that man was, with absolute certainty. As thoughts came to my mind, I formulated my prayer and wrote it in my journal as well.
